Today, certified by the American Society for the Alexander Technique, and trained in Mindfulness, Ergonomics and Pilates, Sara offers individual and corporate lessons in posture practices for pain relief, stress management, presence, and performance. She blends a multi-faceted career in Instructional Design, Wellness and Fitness, and Public Speaking. With over 20 years devising corporate training programs, she is a skilled educator and dynamic speaker. In addition, she acts and sings professionally in the Richmond Metropolitan area.
